Members agree to work within their unique abilities and limitations. Some of the movements or activities may not be appropriate for people with certain health conditions. The upper body movement lesson would be inappropriate to perform if you have a dislocated shoulder or subluxation, for example. If you have any disabilities, balance deficits, or limitations in your musculoskeletal system, know what lessons are safe and appropriate for your skill set and interests.
Current Ritual does not endorse the use of illegal substances. Nevertheless, the necessity for supportive care and harm reduction strategies for those choosing to self-treat with cannabis and/or psychedelics is recognized. Current Ritual is compliant with all U.S. and Colorado laws and regulations and does not provide, distribute, or market any illegal substance or referrals to obtain any illegal substances.
Members agree to participate at their own risk. Each member is responsible for maintaining a safe scene at home. Each member is responsible for using safe body mechanics during all lessons. Each member is responsible for knowing your potential risks or fall hazards at home. Current Ritual is not responsible if someone sustains a fall or injury while participating in movement lessons. Each member is responsible for maintaining safe participation.
Caregivers who are assisting disabled people (pediatric - geriatric populations) with the program are responsible for modifying the lessons based on the individual’s abilities, safety needs and interest in participation. Current Ritual does not provide individualized evaluation, treatment, modifications, or recommendations.
Adults who establish the membership are responsible for supervision of any minor who is participating in lessons. The adult member agrees to monitor the usage of the program by minors as appropriate for that family. The adult member agrees to providing guidance as needed to minors, as well as maintaining a safe environment while children are participating in lessons.
Current Ritual membership and participation is not intended to replicate or replace in person medical and/or mental health treatment. The lessons are for entertainment and enrichment purposes. This is generalized holistic health education and you should consult your Primary Care Physician, Counselor, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or other local health care provider if you have any questions related to any contraindications for you or your family participating in this program.
The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Current RItual, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. Members may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Current Ritual. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.
All members agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the site or service.
Members shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site any artwork, photos, or other materials (collectively “Materials”) protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, and the burden of determining that any Materials are not so protected rests entirely with you. You shall be liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. For all Materials submitted by you to the Site, you automatically represent or warrant that you have the authority to use and distribute the Materials, and that the use or display of the Materials will not violate any laws, rules, regulations, or rights of third parties.
Current Ritual claims no intellectual property rights over the material you submit to the Community Page. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Current Ritual remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Current Ritual harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.
